Staying at the hotel was relaxing, I would come back for sure. Enjoyed this convenient and immaculately clean property, met requirements. The location turned out to be particularly good and fab, really close to the main train station and even the port and shopping streets as well as restaurants. The service was good, nothing to complain about. Moreover, I parked nearby.

The location is excellent. The room is very clean. The room feels like it has nothing missing that you'd expect from a hotel room. The bed is wide - my girlfriend and I never accidentally woke the other during sleep. there is a television. We are delighted to be able to leave our belongings out when we leave for the day.
The hotel has a paper thin door and acoustically ineffective windows, so expect to be prevented from sleeping, for a night, by Sorrento's ubiquitous party crowd and other guests leaving in the morning who forget the art of the whisper. The room has no space around the bed for easy circulation. There are three floors to walk up and down each day - thank goodness the 20kg case can be hauled up using the hoist. However, this hoist is seriously noisy when those early morning guests use it to lower down their baggage. The TV shows no english language channels. There is no kettle, if you want one.

I can not say enough about the staff. I travel quite a lot through out the year and the staff that worked there were the most helpful and nice staff that i have ever experienced. Thank you so much for making our stay so great. The hotel is also on a main street which is really easy to find and it is about 600 m down the road from Termini.
We stayed in the apartment room which is for 3 or 4 people and it is perfect for a family with a bedroom and kitchen and the kids or others can stay on the pull out sofa in the lounge room which was really comfortable. The only thing that was negative was that it was a little noisy but considering the price and size of the room for Rome City i would stay again.

Loved our stay at hotel and would definitely go back. Had a wonderful stay with personal service. Everything was good, yet a few employees were rather noisy...

Its very clean and central.I Really like that. Our room has a nice decoration.
There is no internet. Thats the bad side of it. And the breakfast. Its just a croissant with chocolate, coffe and a juice. Thats it. You have to take it in a restaurant in the center.

Location is excellent - right in the Sorrento centre.
Breakfast could be better. You can't eat every single day: croissant + coffee. Ordering extra meal was 5 euro per person. P.S. breakfast was served in the cafe nearby.
